- Phone consultation
- Complimentary in home consultation: as many as needed to make sure we have a good understanding of what you want to achieve
- Detailed proposal with scope of work, project duration, payment schedule and total cost. Revisions to the proposal. Final approval signatures and paperwork.
- Meeting with our architect and engineer. Preparation of full set of plans ready to submit to the city including corrections required by the city. Revisions to it will be made to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final plans.
- In home meeting with our interior designer and an appointment at the showrooms to pick out materials for your project, finally you will receive a 3D rendering of your project. Revisions to it will be made to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final design
- Introduction to our foreman and crew and preparing a schedule for your project so you know what to expect.
- Applying for appropriate city permits and inspections
